A mistake on our part? We give you loyalty points.
When a problem is our fault, RCZ Bike Shop offers you loyalty points as compensation. For example, when:
- an item in your order cannot be shipped because of a stock error;
- we sent you a product in the wrong colour;
- we made another mistake with your order.
The number of points is decided by RCZ Bike Shop depending on the situation.
How much are your points worth?

€10discount for 1,000 points
€50discount for 5,000 points

How to use your loyalty points
- The RCZ Bike Shop loyalty programme is open exclusively to customers of the RCZ Bike Shop website. Membership is free and personal; it allows you to earn and use loyalty points under the conditions described on this page.
- You can check your points balance in the “My account” section. Your points can be converted into a discount in steps of 500 points. The conversion is done on the basket page (accessible via “My basket” at the top right of the screen), provided you are logged in with your account details.
- Loyalty points can under no circumstances be paid out or exchanged for cash.
- Discounts from your loyalty points can be combined with other ongoing promotions.
- Loyalty points are valid for one year. After this period, unused points are permanently lost. If you have not made a purchase in the last 12 months, your points balance is reset to zero.
RCZ Bike Shop reserves the right to change all or part of the rules of the loyalty points programme at any time, without incurring any liability.
