OUR PHILOSOPHY

RCZ Bike Shop is not a traditional bike shop. Our goal: to offer you MTB and road bike parts from major brands at some of the lowest prices in Europe. To achieve this, we work differently. Here is what that means for you, before you place your order.

How we achieve these prices

1Private sales on brands such as Shimano, SRAM, RockShox or DT Swiss, for a limited time.
2Discount codes sent twice a day in our newsletter, to be entered when you place your order.
3End-of-line and older ranges that you can no longer find elsewhere, at rock-bottom prices.
4Costs kept to a minimum: no physical shop, no assembly, a lean customer service.

What you should know before ordering

Lead time

For private sale products, allow 1 to 5 months. Products marked “In stock” ship much faster.

The lead time is shown on each product page before you buy. Understand our lead times

Product-specific codes

Some offers work with a discount code that is only valid for the product concerned. That product is then ordered on its own: this is what allows us to prepare and ship it faster.

Customer service

All requests (questions, after-sales service, returns) go through our Claimlane platform. Our team replies within 24 hours on weekdays (72 hours at weekends). For very technical questions, the manufacturers' websites are often the most complete source.

Warranty: no problem, we work directly with the after-sales service of all the major brands.

A focused selection

We do not list the brands' full catalogues: we focus on targeted private sales and deals you will not find elsewhere.

Shipping costs

Our margins are low, so we cannot offer free delivery. Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point starts at €11.89 (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal). See all delivery prices

2 stocks, 2 baskets

Our products are spread across 2 stocks. Products from the 2 stocks are ordered in 2 separate baskets, so that each parcel can leave as soon as it is ready.

In short: at RCZ, you pay less in exchange for a little patience and a simple service. If that is what you are looking for, we will make great deals together!
